HEALTH & FITNESS DISCLAIMER
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This applies to everything on this site: the articles, the Research Library, the free tools, the premade programs (including SEHT), and 1-on-1 coaching.
EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION, NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Everything here is general fitness education and coaching, based on published research and real training experience. None of it is medical advice, and none of it is a diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any disease or condition. It isn't a substitute for advice from your own doctor or another qualified healthcare provider, and it isn't personalized to your specific medical history the way an in-person professional's advice would be.
Talk to your doctor before starting this or any training program, especially if you have an existing injury, a heart condition, are pregnant, or have any other condition that could make exercise risky for you. If something ever feels medically wrong during training, chest pain, dizziness, sharp or acute joint pain, stop and get it checked out rather than pushing through it.
TRAINING CARRIES REAL RISK
Resistance training, like any physical activity, carries a real risk of injury, done well or done poorly. Some of the training covered here, SEHT in particular, deliberately works a muscle through a deep stretched position most training never asks it to hold, which is a more technical, more demanding position for the muscle and connective tissue than a standard working set. Follow the written setup and safety notes closely, start lighter than you think you need to, and prioritize your own safety and injury history over any single exercise or program recommendation. You're always the one in the room, use your own judgment.
By using any program, article, or coaching service on this site, you're choosing to take part in physical training at your own risk.
RESULTS AREN'T GUARANTEED
Nothing on this site promises a specific result. How much muscle or strength someone builds depends on genetics, training history, consistency, nutrition, recovery, and plenty else outside anyone's direct control, Andre's included. Where this site cites a study's findings (see the Research Library), that reflects what the research found for the people studied, not a guarantee of the same outcome for you individually.
1-ON-1 COACHING SPECIFICALLY
Coaching is real, individualized fitness guidance, built around your goals and what you report back. It is not in-person supervision, physical therapy, or a substitute for a licensed medical professional's care. Any review of bloodwork or other health markers as part of coaching is meant to inform training decisions alongside your own doctor's care, not replace it.
